How we can help
Evaluation & Assessment
Your sports therapist will discuss your symptoms, relevant health history and the activities you want to get back to. A detailed assessment helps you understand the issue and gives us a starting point for planning your care.
Treatment
Following your assessment, your sports therapist will explain the treatment options and recommend a plan tailored to you. This may include soft-tissue therapy and manual therapy, alongside practical advice to help you manage your recovery.
Rehabilitation
Your sports therapist will design a rehabilitation programme around your abilities and goals, with exercises and guidance to support your progress. Whether you’re returning to sport, work or everyday activities, the focus is on rebuilding function and confidence in how you move.
