Body Mentors and Hilden Park are pleased to invite you to join us on Saturday 7th December for a day of lifting and festive fun, at Merry Liftmas.

Please join us for Merry Liftmas, Saturday 7th December

Saturday 7th December, 1–5pm

  • Test your strength with a one rep max on the squat, bench press, deadlift & press
  • Challenge your fitness with our plank, deadhang & rowing challenges
  • The event is open to all, including beginners who would like to give strength training a try (with a Body Mentors coach)
  • Christmas music, hot chocolate & mince pies will all be provided

Schedule

We’ll be grouping the one rep max attempts by the exercise, and plan to lift at these times:

  • 1pm – Squats
  • 2pm – Bench Press
  • 3pm – Deadlift
  • 4pm – Press

Other activities will be running alongside the one rep max lifting, from 1-5pm. This is a fun day for Hilden Park and Body Mentors members to get together, not a serious lifting competition – we hope to see you there!
