
How its Going vs How it started
Julian has been putting the work in since he started training in May.
At the beginning he was squatting with 50kg. Recently he hit 110kg for 3 sets of 5. Fantastic progress! 👏🏻👏🏻
The main goal was to strengthen his entire body and carry that strength into his golf game to stabilise his golf swing.
As you can see his club head speed has increased and dispersion has become tighter! ⛳️
