How its Going vs How it started



Julian has been putting the work in since he started training in May. ⁠

At the beginning he was squatting with 50kg. Recently he hit 110kg for 3 sets of 5. Fantastic progress! 👏🏻👏🏻⁠

The main goal was to strengthen his entire body and carry that strength into his golf game to stabilise his golf swing.⁠

As you can see his club head speed has increased and dispersion has become tighter! ⛳️
