Can strength training help with the menopause? 🏋️‍♀️⁠⁠


Menopause is an important stage of women’s lives and is a natural part of the ageing process that usually occurs between the ages of 45 and 55 years of age. However around 1 in 100 women experience the menopause earlier than this. Most women will experience several symptoms which can have a significant impact on their day to day lives.⁠
