BodyMentors can help improve your running style/technique, speed, train you for a race or get you started.  Training is available on a 1:1 basis or you can participate in one of our group Running Clinics.
 
Group Running Clinics
Run with a BodyMentors trainer and up to ten other people in our sociable and challenging classes.
 
Our trainers  will give each participant individual attention/assessment throughout the run.  Runners of all abilities are welcome.
 
 
We offer the following clinics:

  • Beginners - able to run up to 2/3k on mainly flat ground
  • Intermediate - able to run 5k comfortably at a steady pace and on mixed terrain
  • Advanced - experienced runners comfortable with running at a faster pace and interval/Fartlek training
  • Running Circuits - running mixed with exercises for all abilities
  • Marathon training - Contact us for more information about this innovative training method
  


£10 per class or £90 for 10 classes
We strongly advise purchasing a block of classes to ensure a place each week
 
£50 per hour for 1:1
Time:
1 hour - to include warm up and pre-exercise stretching, run, cool down and post exercise stretching.
 
We train in Hyde Park, Hampstead Heath, Highbury Fields, and Victoria Park. As we only train 10 people at a time to ensure everyone receives individual attention, please contact us for details of times and availability


 
BodyMentors’ professional stylist will help you show off your new body and ensure you look fabulous! All budgets are catered for and our stylist will work with your lifestyle and personal preferences.

We offer a range of services including:

  • Wardrobe revamp - find the gems (and gremlins). Bring your wardrobe to us or we’ll come to you
  • Buy for your body - our stylist will accompany you on an invaluable and educational shopping trip
  • One hit wonders - need something to wear somewhere special? Last minute party? Let our stylist take you shopping for an outfit that will wow!
  • Colour coding/style advice - advice on colours, styles, shapes and accessories
