We all know that the benefits of a healthy diet are numerous.  However, many people struggle to achieve the right balance.  We can provide you with clear cut nutritional advice to complement your lifestyle and training programme. Most importantly, it can help you achieve your goals.
 
Many people only require a few minor changes in their diet; others may need more radical ones!  What we do know is that once the correct changes are made and followed, you will feel and look 100% better.
 
In order to complete your nutritional profile we will ask you to keep a food diary over a specified period to provide us with a snapshot of your diet. 
 
Remember that to get the most out of this – you need to be honest!
 
We will then analyse your food diary and arrange to meet with you for a consultation which will last approximately 45 minutes.  At the consultation we will discuss matters in more depth. Afterwards, we will prepare an individual nutritional profile with simple suggestions and easy to follow guidelines to improve your diet.
 
We recommend that this service is used in conjunction with a BodyMentors exercise programme to maximise results. Please note that this service is not ‘prescriptive’ i.e. it cannot be used to deal with food intolerances or allergies.  It is for general health, wellbeing and weight management.
