If you want to release stress, vent your frustrations and get a damn good workout in the process – look no further!
 
Fight Club takes place outdoors and incorporates boxing technique, pad work, boxing circuits e.g. skipping, press ups, burpees and a lot of sweat!  You and up to 9 others will experience an hour of intensive training which will leave you ready to take on the world.  You can even pretend our trainer is your boss/work colleague/bus driver (we won’t tell anyone).

We train in Hyde Park, Hampstead Heath, Highbury Fields and Victoria Park.  As we only train 10 people at a time to ensure everyone receives individual attention, please contact us for details of times and availability.


 
We also offer 1:1 boxing training and specialise in training women.  Whether you want to improve your technique and skill or learn the basics, our trainers will put you through your paces.
 
Boxing Training is also an excellent addition to any training programme and can increase aerobic fitness, improve muscle definition, aid weight loss and build confidence.
